Speaking of the effects of our thoughts,
I'd like to strongly suggest this book;
The Hidden Messages in Water by
Masaru Emoto
Here is a beautiful movie for you to enjoy.
"MindWalk" came out in 1991.
Liv Ullman plays the part of a
physicist on sabbatical at Mont St. Michelle
in the north of France.
She meets a poet and his friend, a politician who
just lost an election and ends up
giving them and us a wonderful lesson in
quantum physics.

The Idea of Quantum Physics can be most easily
understood by those of us who are
not scientists by reading
"The Holographic Universe"
by Michael Talbot.
It  helps you to understand the science
behind using your photograph
to represent you in the world of quantum physics.
Another interesting book on healing is:
"The Metamorphic Technique"
by Gaston Saint-Pierre and Debbie Boater
This book covers  a rather innovative approach
to healing the human soul!

For those of you interested in meditation,
please read "The Relaxtion Response"
by  Dr. Herbert Benson
"Vibrational Medicine"
by Dr. Richard Gerber
explains how frequencies work to assist us in our healing.
Also recommended is an "easy to grasp"
book on the subject of quantum physics,
"Vibrational  Harmony"
by Beverly Nadler.

by Ernest Holmes.
Louise Hay also helps us to see what
"unresolved issues" might be behind
disease if we understand that disease
is only a symptom.

"You Can Heal Your Life"
By Louise Hay, is her offering on the subject.

"Radionics and Radiesthesia"
by Jane E. Hartman.
"Infinite Mind: Science of the Human Vibrations of Consciousness"
by Valerie V.Hunt,
published by Malibu Publications, speaks for itself.
And highly recommended to further work with our Intention is
"The Law and the Promise" by Neville.
We may also want to consider some certain information that may be
relevant in these times on the subject of chemical and biological warfare.
A novel that is a thrilling and insightful read is
"The Cobra Event"
by Richard Preston who also wrote
"The Hot Zone".
The author has done a great deal of
research into this area to set the stage for his story.
